• This experience isn’t suitable for anyone with a serious back or heart complaint or for pregnant women.
  • Bookings taken March through to October, at least two weekend dates in each month. It is recommended to book one week in advance.
  • We recommend swimwear or shorts and shoes with a grip that you don’t mind getting wet – trainers are ideal.
  • Wetsuits Buoyancy aids and helmets will be provided as standard.
  • This activity is weather dependant, please call the day before the activity to check.
